By discipline, Kenneth is an Agilist — grounded in the belief that the best outcomes emerge from adaptive systems, empowered teams, and iterative progress over rigid perfection. By nature, he is an Optimist — one who approaches every challenge and every individual with an unwavering belief in what is possible.
As Regional Training Manager for a global Fortune 500 company in the transportation industry, Kenneth leads a multi-site learning & development function across North America — overseeing curriculum architecture, coaching frameworks, certification management, and field leader development across Airport Services and Urban Rail operations.
As Founder and Principal Consultant of Bryant Enterprises MPC, he applies SCRUM methodology and Agile frameworks to help organizations across corporate, creative, and transportation industries move from vision to execution with clarity and velocity.
Kenneth is also a gifted musician and recording artist — a pianist whose creative sensibility informs his work as a consultant, speaker, and author. He believes deeply that creativity and corporate excellence are not opposites — they are complements. The same discipline required to master an instrument is the discipline required to lead an organization.
He is the author of Keeping Your Day Job and Your Day Dream and the recording artist behind the companion single of the same name — two creative works that form the centerpiece of his speaking platform and his message to the next generation of leaders.
Kenneth holds an M.Ed. in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University, an M.A. in Christian Studies, and a B.A. Cum Laude from Beulah Heights University. He and his wife Ebony are co-founders of Bryant MPC and have been married since 2003.
